Today, I saw my best friend for the last time until February. She’s going to be in Colorado for three months attending a Bible/music school, and then going to Costa Rica for the remaining two. I made her a scrapbook to take with her, and she gave me her diary (which I only read a little bit of but has so far made me laugh hysterically. That girl needs to write a book.). We’ve been best friends for almost fifteen years, and having never been apart for more than two weeks, this is going to be really weird. Granted, we only got to see each other about once a week anyway, but the thought that she’s going to be so far away is kind of daunting. While she’s busy over there, who’s going to entertain my stupidity? Or dance in the backseat to Mulan? Or endure my rants about stupid men? (Her words, not mine.) Or calm me down when I freak out about life? Or stay up until midnight baking me homemade fortune cookies? Or get mistaken as a lesbian couple with? (Though that was pretty awkward, not gonna lie.)

Sigh. I’m gonna miss that face of hers. :\
